6. NOW what do you know about the adolescent brain?
Introduction/Purpose:
The purpose of this lesson is to evaluate the knowledge of the learner on the subject of brain-based scientific data after the learner has finished the teacher tutorial course.
Learning Objective(s):
Upon completing the quiz, the learner will assess learning facts and behaviors about the adolescent brain according to the teacher tutorials with at least 85% score on the multiple-choice quiz.
Teaching Timeline: One 30-minute period

Summative assessment:
The summative assessment will be the same multiple-choice created by the author to assess if the learner has successfully completed the teacher tutorial course with at least an 85% proficient score on the quiz.

- The learner will access the website http://gconnbrain-basedlearning.weebly.com
- The learner will lick the on Teacher Tutorial tab
- The learner will go to Tutorial #6 titled: NOW what do YOU know about the adolescent brain?
- The learner will lick on the link labeled QUIZ
- The learner will take the quiz and write answers on a separate piece of paper
- The learner will compare the score with the preassessment quiz
- The quiz result and score will immediately be sent to the instructor by email
- The instructor will record the score and look for at least 85% proficiency
- The instructor will email the learner with feedback
- If needed, the instructor will record the areas in the tutorials that may need improvements or changes to better deliver the curriculum
- The learner will receive an email with a request for feedback and suggestions for improvements to the tutorials
